A: The Big Event is being held at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport at 150 Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. www.palmbeachairport.hilton.com Our special group rate is $129 per night. Be sure to mention “The Big Event” to get the special group rate. The special rate will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates.

Q: Is the hotel smoke free?
A: All indoor and sleeping rooms are designated non-smoking areas.
Q: Is parking available at the hotel and what does it cost?
A: Complimentary self-parking is available. Valet parking is $10.00. Driving directions
Q: Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?
A: Yes, the Hilton is 1 mile from the Palm Beach International airport and the hotel provide shuttle service to and from the airport. Please call the hotel directly at (561) 684-9400 once you have your luggage to arrange for the shuttle to pick you up at the airport.
Q: Why are the lunch programs an additional fee?
A: We wanted to keep the ticket price for the entire event at a level that anyone who really wanted to attend could afford it. We believe the Panel Discussion with the Speakers and general enjoyment will be well worth the investment. However, there is a restaurant on-site and many off-site.
Q: What is being served for lunch?
A: We are still finalizing the details. Given our time constraints we will be having Lunch Buffets both days. Please let us know if you prefer a vegetarian meal.
